## How to play

We publish 4 NoriNori puzzles every day with a choice of an Easy, Medium, Hard and a bonus mixed puzzle every day!
This is an example of a completed NoriNori puzzle. The rules of NoriNori are,
1. The grid is split up in to regions, each region must contain 2 filled cells.
2. Cells must shaded in pairs touching horizontally or vertically, i.e. in dominoes.
3. Dominoes can span two regions.
4. Dominoes can't touch each other horizontally or vertically (touching diagonally is allowed).
5. The crosses (used to mean a cell is empty) are optional.
You can play by left-clicking or tapping (for touch devices) on a cell to change that cell to filled
Clicking/tapping again will turn that cell empty.
Clicking/tapping again will turn that cell back to unknown.
This is an example of a starting NoriNori grid - all the cells are empty.
We always start a NoriNori puzzle by looking for regions with only two cells - regions with only 2 cells must have both cells filled.
This puzzle has one region with two cells, so we will fill these cells and set all the surrounding cells to 'X' to make it clear they must be empty.
We have filled in the region with only 2 cells and marked the surrounding cells as empty.
We did have a region underneath with 3 available cells, but we know one of those cells must be empty. This means the two cells left (cells 'A' and 'B') must be filled.
We can now look at cell 'A'. If we were to fill this cell, this would give us 3 cells next to each other that are filled. This is against the rules, so this cell must be empty.
We now know that cell 'A' must be filled - the cell to it's left is filled, and there is no other option.
We can also look at the other filled cell in this region. The other cell of this domino must be cell 'B' or 'C'. We don't know which one it is yet, but we do know that cell 'D' will be empty with both of these options. We can mark cell 'D' as empty.
This has left another region with only 2 available cells - cells 'A' and 'B', these must be filled.
We can now decide that cell 'A' must be filled - the filled cell to it's right has no other options.
We can also decide that cells 'B' and 'C' must be filled. These two cells only have single options for the second cell, so we can insert two dominoes here.
